Instructors Kristin Hauser and Cassie Hetrick will lead you through a wonderful, revitalizing retreat! Kristin will start by guiding you through a morning yoga practice with pranayama, asana and meditation to support awakening your inner healer. In addition, you will learn the best health practices for fall and winter according to the ancient wisdom traditions of Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda.
Following this, a nourishing and healthy lunch will be provided so that you refuel your body with natural and nutritious substances.
In the afternoon, you will partake in Restorative Yoga Nidra. This is a guided relaxation technique for deep healing. The day will end with a chair massage provided by Cassie and Ear Acupressure provided by Kristin.
