Living a long, healthy life may look pretty easy, but it takes some dedication to live this kind of life.
Everyone wants to live a long and healthy life. Whether it be because death scares us or we want to accomplish as many things as possible (or both), living a healthy life is something we all want to do. It, however, escapes many of us and only a select few get to live long AND healthy as the former doesn’t always come with the latter. Here are a few tips on how you can live a healthy life.
- Start the morning with a cup of hot water with lemon. Lemons are a type of food that leaves a mineral that can offset negative lifestyle choices like alcohol and coffee.
- Leave the alcohol behind. You may like the feeling you get when you drink, but your body is in survival mode attempting to rid itself of the poison that is alcohol.
- Don’t forget your omega-3. Fatty molecules like omega-3 fuel your brain, and taking a teaspoon or capsule of omega-3 every day keeps it fresh, which will definitely pay off when you reach your senior years.
It may not sound like much, but sticking to these three regiments may prove to be quite difficult. But if you’re serious about your life, then you’ll push on through!
