Are you looking to enhance your yoga practice with inversions? Then look no further! Our Inversion Workshop on February 5th at One Body Studios is the best way to bring your practice to the next level!
From 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., you will have the chance to enjoy various inversions, which give you the chance to experience the shift in awareness that is at the heart of yoga. Inversions are a great way to calm your mind, increase circulation, strengthen your core, and increase your body-mind awareness.
In the workshop, you will have the chance to explore the different paths that lead to challenging asanas, such as headstand and shoulder stand. Attendees will enjoy the challenge to find a balance between ease and effort, learning how to respectfully turn your body upside-down. The workshop will end with an extended savasana so that you are able to enjoy the full benefits of your efforts.
People of all levels are welcome and encouraged to work at their own comfort level.
