One Body Studios offers Mommy & Me Yoga which is designed to be fun and relaxed, allowing you to reconnect with your body and enjoy time with the little one. The mom can get in her own practice while utilizing poses that allow interaction with her baby!
The yoga postures will focus on helping you to restore alignment and tone as well as strengthening the pelvic floor. The breathing exercises and ending meditation will assist you in coming to terms with the emotional demands of motherhood. This class is especially unique as it is central on the mom and baby – if you need to feed or change your child, you are more than welcome to!
