We are excited to be offering two new classes! Sign up for our new beginner yoga class or cardio groove to add more fun to your workout routine!
If you are new to yoga, this is the perfect class for you! It is taught at a slower pace than other classes, and focuses on developing safe and clear alignment in some of the foundational poses. You can come to play, learn, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. While you don’t need to be able to touch your toes, you will need to be willing to try.
This high energy movement class is easy to follow and is designed to help make you smile and sweat. The class will begin with a light warm-up to help get your blood flowing, followed by a step-by-step dance choreography and a completed groove combination. You don’t need to have any prior dance experience to enjoy this class!
