With all the classes offered at One Body Studio, it can be difficult deciding which class will work best for you. While all of our classes are beneficial, some classes have more specific benefits.
Our Yoga Therapy is specifically designed for people who need a slower paced class. This group class is perfect for anyone who is managing certain disorders, such as rheumatoid arthritis, or have structural challenges such as chronic back pain. Yoga Therapy offers a communal and friendly atmosphere as a safe way to start moving. The class leaves all students feeling empowered through learning new ways to alleviate tension and pain, while also offering a greater sense of peace of mind. This class is offered on Tuesday nights at 7:30 PM and Saturdays at 11:30 AM.
Another one of our newer classes is Reformer Jumpboard. It is the perfect way to add a little more cardio to a typical Pilates Reformer workout. The hour long class is organized to optimize the flow of the class and create fluid transitions and interval jumping springs that elevate your heart rate, which leads to muscle building and weight loss. This class is offered on Saturdays at 9 AM.
