For most of us, stress is a fact of life, and getting rid of stress is an important part of being healthy – both in body and in spirit. At One Body, we’re happy to offer guided yoga sessions right here in the studio to help you ward off the negative consequences of stress in your own life.
Here at One Body we offer a variety of group yoga classes including hatha yoga, chair yoga, inversion prep, and vinyasa flow all of which are one hour in length. The classes are designed to help promote health and well being. Our yoga classes also help create relaxation through the breathing and meditation techniques employed, thereby relieving stress throughout the body and mind. We have a variety of instructors that each bring their own style and energy to the mat making each of our classes unique.
