We take a personal approach with each client, encouraging questions and sharing our experience in a relaxed, informal way.

Allison Hetrick

Yoga Alliance, RYT 200

Mini Yogis Foundation Certificate

Allison is the owner of One Body and is also a 200 hour registered yoga teacher. She studied with Nita Flores, 500 ERYT, of FloTribe to learn more about the practice of Yoga and found that teaching allowed her to share that passion with other people. She enjoys guiding students through a variety of yoga classes ranging from restorative to vinyasa flow incorporating music and aromatherapy to make each class an inspiring mind, body, and spirit experience. Allison teaches workshops throughout the year to help aid in the exploration of yoga and all it has to offer. She believes that yoga is for everyone and she’s on a mission to spread the word. Allison is honored to have found a home here at One Body and is grateful to be a part of such a wonderful community.

Kristin Osbon

BASI Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training

Extensive dance training

Kristin has studied dance for over nine years at Impact Dance Center (formerly Kindorf Dancers) and has also received dance training at California State University Long Beach, Cypress College, Boogie Zone’s Utopia, and was a member of the dance team at Cypress High School. She earned her comprehensive pilates certification through Body Arts Science International and trains dancers with injuries who are unable keep dancing. Kristin has also started a free class called Pilates in the Park as a way of introducing people to pilates and emphasize how important health and fitness are in everyday life in addition to volunteering her free time to teach dance and pilates at the Boys and Girls of Cypress.


Nancy Chavez

Yoga Works, RYT 200

Certified in Bikram Yoga

Nancy Chavez brings to One Body Studios an extensive professional background and personal commitment to the practice of yoga. She gravitated towards yoga over 10 years ago from her own personal calling, thus leading to her instructor certification process. Nancy has been teaching Bikram yoga since her certification in 2007 and has since completed a YogaWorks 200 hour’s certificate in 2010. Nancy’s compassionate and gentle nature lead her to a B.S. degree in Child & and Adolescent Development from California State University of Fullerton. This gentle and compassion nature flows through to her students providing a warm, comfortable, and meditative class environment. Nancy operates her life, as well as her yoga practice, from two basic principles: if there is a will there is a way, and Love and Light will always prevail!


Nita Flores

Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher

Registered Children’s & Pre-natal Yoga Teacher

Nita Flores brings over 10 years of experience in Yoga and is proficient in numerous styles. Her classes invite all levels to experience Yoga asanas, pranayama (breath work), meditation, and aromatherapy. She is the Founder/Director of FloTRIBE and is excited to offer her 200 hour teacher trainings out of One Body.


Savannah Rivera

Yoga Alliance

I started yoga due to health issues, and after my first class I fell I love with yoga. I became 200 hour yoga certified by studying under Nita Flores of FloTRIBE in 2012 and became certified with the Yoga Alliance. I guide my students through various yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, and aromatherapy. My teaching ranges from Hatha yoga, where you hold the pose while taking deep, slow breaths to teaching a gentle, restorative flow. Yoga, to me, is a healing art that has changed my life, and I hope to impact my student’s lives as well . I’m honored to be apart of the One Body Studios


Julie McKinney

BASI Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training

Julie McKinney has been practicing yoga and pilates for over 15 years. She graduated from California State University of Fullerton in 2011 with degrees in Psychology, Anthropology and Film. Upon graduation, she began her journey toward incorporating her personal practices of Pilates into her career. She is a graduate from Body Arts and Science Institute of Costa Mesa, taught by a leader in Pilate’s education Rael Isacowitz. She has also been the studio coordinator at One Body since 2010. She continually pushes herself and the studio to its fullest potential.


Linda Duarte-Wolf

Level 4 YogaFit Certification

Certified in Ashtanga, Anusara, Iyenger, and Bikram Yoga Disciplines

Linda Duarte-Wolf brings over 16 years of experience in Pilates and Yoga as well as personal training. She prides herself in keeping up with the newest trends and techniques in fitness and regularly attends conferences. She also hosts instructor training workshops for Pilates, Aqua Aerobics, and On the Ball. She has training in Ashtanga, Anusara, Iyengar, and Bikram Yoga as well as holds a Level 4 certification through YogaFit. Her Pilates training includes master instruction under Siri Dharma Galliano, Pilates Coach, and Stott Pilates. Linda believes that we are always learning and as we say in yoga “it’s the journey that’s important, not so much the destination”.



Professional Belly Dance Artist

Choreographer of Classical, Modern Egyptian and folkloric dance.

Anoush is a professional dance artist, instructor and entertainer, serving cities across Southern California. Anoush is committed to preserving, promoting and educating students about the beautiful, rich history and tradition of Belly Dance. She has been a student of dance her entire life starting with gymnastics, ballet folklorico, and tap then expanding her practice into modern Egyptian cabaret and folkloric dance. Dana Parker

Dana opened One Body Studios in 2003 and has been practicing the Pilates method for almost 30 years, and began teaching 20 years ago. After battling Breast Cancer twice she made the decision to transfer ownership to Allison Hetrick in 2013. Dana holds a B.A. from UCLA and an M.F.A. from UCI, both in Dance. She is dedicated to promoting health and well being through the use of the yoga, movement , dance and the Pilates method. She specializes in Special Population training and exercise.


Savvy Smith

Hello there! Here is a little bit about me and my yoga practice. I have a background as a dancer and have been practicing yoga for the past 4 years during which I felt a strong calling to teach. I have always had a passion for helping others and Yoga quickly made me feel right at home. For my training I traveled all the way to Rishikesh, India to stay in an ashram at the bottom of the Himalayas where I spent just over a month completing my 200 hour training at Shiva Yoga Peeth under Yoga Alliance in Ashtanga, Hatha, and a Vinyasa flow. It was there I learned how to deeply travel into meditation and understand Pranyama an ancient breathing technique, “Prana” is Breath or vital energy in the body. On subtle levels prana represents the pranic energy responsible for life or life force, and “ayama” means control. I now incorporate all three yoga styles, meditation, Pranayama, as well as my dance background into every session I teach giving it a very organic feel


Holly Jones

Holly Jones has been practicing yoga for the last 3 years. She started practicing at first for the exercise aspect of it, and quickly started to open up and experience the full path of yoga. In 2014 she decided to commit herself to the teachings and studied under the NitaFloTribe and was certified with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT 200. Yoga has changed her life. She is more capable of letting go and finding the genuine balance of energy through meditation and yoga asana. Her goal is to teach others not only the practice of yoga, but to find the true person that lies within us all. Holly focuses on a strong yoga sculpt technique to gain strength, mobility, and balance, and to find the rhythm of the breath through pranayama.
