Grocery store salad dressing is pumped with an excess of sugar, sodium, and fat and can leave you questioning what you are digesting. Use these recipes to toss up your own salad dressing knowing exactly what’s in them and with the delicious kick of the irresistible essential oils.
Essential Oil Salad Dressing
(Note: For each salad dressing, simply whisk together the ingredients until they are well combined.)
Ginger-Honey Soy Dressing
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced
- 2 drops Ginger Vitality™ essential oil
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Sweet & Tangy Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 4 drops Grapefruit, Lemon, Lime, or Orange Vitality™ essential oil
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Simple Vinaigrette
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 2 drops Lemon Vitality™ essential oil
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
