Pilates focuses primarily on movement from the center, deep within the abdominal area. From our center we support our spine and major organs, strengthen the back and improve alignment and posture. Thus, when developed properly with practice, we are less vulnerable to fatigue and lower back pain. Pilates improves strength, flexibility, stamina, and stability. Over time, this approach creates a strong foundation from which one can achieve new heights of physical fitness and control, as well as emotional well-being and balance. We offer group reformer and mat classes in addition to private and semi-private classes.
