Our Winter Day Retreat is back by popular demand! Kristin Hauser and Cassie Hetrick will be hosting a rejuvenating and healthy one-day retreat at One Body Studios on January 31st from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
The day will start with a morning yoga practice with pranayama, asana, and meditation to support awakening your inner healer, led by Kristin. She will also offer a short discussion around the best healing practices for Winter according to the ancient wisdom traditions of Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine. A healthy, nourishing lunch will be provided, followed by restorative yoga nidra, which is a guided relaxation technique that is used for deep healing. The day will end with a chair massage by Cassie and ear acupressure provided by Kristin.
